With Covid-19 going on the proper procedure for carryout and curbside is now to park right in front of the windows (they need to maintain visual on the employees for safety) and call the store to let them know what parking spot number you are in and if you have paid yet or not. If you still need to pay with cash they will come out to take it but if you are paying with card they will take your information over the phone to avoid unnecessary risk of exposure and cross contamination. All this was explained to me after I asked. I also noticed that sometimes the delivery wait can get over 2hrs and when I asked about that they explained that sometimes not enough people are scheduled or drivers have car trouble or people call in for various reasons, but most people still order delivery which drives the times up. After learning all this I recommend to try and order carryout/curbside if you can and try to be understanding of the times. Everyone is trying their best with the situation they clock into for each shift. Let's be safe out there!
Very disappointed in our last two orders from this location. Beyond pizza was burned on top. Last order wings were inadequate and small. The pizza we ordered with the wings was not evenly cut and crust was hard on pan pizza. I requested extra sauce and received less sauce it seems. Do better!
The pizza was delicious. The wait was not especially since I placed my order ahead of time. Had issues with online ordering canceling my order as well... Had to reorder again.
I think it is hilarious to review a chain. Here goes anyway:nnI rarely ever order pizza hut but my bf and I were craving some buffalo chicken pizza so we ordered it. When we opened the box, it has no buffalo!! How do you forget buffalo on buffalo chicken
