I locked myself out of my car, but I called for service and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service provided. Austin was the one who came to my location and opened my car up for me. He was professional and friendly, and was quick to get the job done. Overall, very satisfied with the service.
The guy tried to charge me $95 why? Unprofessional. No mask on. He asked me for $35 just to ask the same questions i already been asked over the phone. I made the call around 3 for a locksmith...appointment was at 4:45 no one came til almost 6pm. Just for an assessment! Thanks for nothing imbeciles!
Quoted $75 plus labor on the phone. A shady guy came out and asked for $395. He quickly came down to $130. Don’t use this company and don’t pay the full asking price. Very shady business. I think the positive reviews are fake
