I was very pleased with my service! He was very punctual, efficient and explain the process very well. There was a long wait for my car to be available at an impound lot and he was more than patient with me. There was a long wait to get my car and he waited patiently and service me. I definitely will use his service again in the future and recommend his service to friends and family.
He was professional from the first initial call. He didn't hesitate to rush me when I had questions and answered honestly and patiently. He showed up on time and it honestly took him less than 3 minutes. Who does that??? Who takes 3 minutes to unlock a door especially in this weather. Thank you man for helping us out!! I called The Key Man because if the great reviews and he did not disappoint. Idan was at my house wishing 30 minutes of my call to him. He showed me what the problem was and within minutes, I had a new lock that was re-keyed to fit the other lock. He was very professional, his price was reasonable and best of all, my cat who hates everyone immediately warmed up to him, and allowed herself to be petted by him.
