I needed a “Demand Letter” sent to a Contractor who took payment, but did not deliver on the agreed service, or the agreed product. Mrs. James was easy to contact, & she was quick to reply. She listened to my complaint, collected the necessary evidence, & she provided the Demand Letter to that Contractor within days.nnMrs. James is well-organized, professional, & her fee is competitive. I can recommend her highly to others, & I would hire her again.
