They are very nice they help my friend out who has cancer and made her feel so happy she cried happy tears all day and is so very very grateful for them they made her day and made me cry to thank u all at Fox Valley Transportation Inc for what u all do to go out of our way to make people happy. First I would like to state i post only honest reviews of places and experiences. I dont write these reviews, my experience as a customer does, i dont add to or take away anything....To benefit the next customer and to critique the shop so maybe the same mistakes are not repeated moving forward.nnBrought my truck in for some trans work and rear diff work after we had spoke on the phone, they said they could get it in and taken care of. After some miscommunication and 3 trips from Sheboygan, my truck was really never put in the schedule to be repaired. Truck sat in the parking lot for a week as other vehicles moved in and out. Was told that they did not want to tie up a bay and one mechanic to dedicate for my truck, they wanted to stick to work that made them money. That is totally understandable, but I had my truck towed to and from the shop and am out $350 in tow bills.nnTough times and a bad deal all around, but dont tell a customer one thing and string them along and waste their time and money, better to be upfront and honest. Communication is key to running a tight ship, customer service goes a long way in the industry.nnHope this helps out everyone who reads to make an informed decision.nnRuss S.nnSheboygan
