Staff is friendly & presentable in their uniforms. The Bay was clean & well organized. Always quick service for the routine oil change. They offer recommendations for other services they provide. I took a couple of their recommendations and my car is running a lot smoother.
I have been coming to Valvoline for years. I like that it is convenient. I usually get the synthetic blend because that is what my car requires. After waiting for quite awhile to get in this time I was told they no longer offer the blend and I have to do the full synthetic at 20 dollars more. I did it this time because it needed to get done and I was already here but I doubt I will be back.
Excellent service.I did not have to leave my car. Just a little more money than I expected.
Never leave your vehicle, a little bit more expensive but no appointment needed
Everything went very smooth. Had no problems. Was skeptical getting anything done because a customer had came in that had just gotten an oil change, car smoking and all. So far I've had no issues. The prices are CRAZY high though. $45 for a basic oil change. I will never go again unless I have a $19.99 coupon again.
