J&R was excellent during my entire experience. Understanding, friendly, honest and reasonably priced. Katie up front helped me with everything I needed and even checked in after the work was done to make sure my car was running well. I haven’t experienced customer service like J&R’s at any other shop in my life. I highly recommend this place and won’t be taking my car anywhere else so long as I live in Oshkosh.
