Life Time San Antonio at the Rim

This is a very nice gym that is clean and has everything you need! The only reason why I cannot give 5 stars is because of the high price. It is very expensive, if you make pretty decent money and can afford high gym prices this place may be a 5 star review for you. However, I feel that this place charges about 20% more than they should. I feel they can do this because of the lack of competition in the area that can offer a similar setting. If enough people are willing to pay a high price, no need to lower them I suppose. People are just willing to spend high dollar in these areas.

Recently I was accused of acting as a personal trainer within the gym, by a gym representative. I have never operated as freelance trainer, nor have I ever had a desire to act as a trainer. I work out as a matter of function, and to maintain my wellbeing given my condition. I was approached by management and my membership was revoked without any notice, and without cause. I was accosted by the Manager in the gym lobby, and completely humiliated in front of the entire gym.nnJosh Ford

Too lack on face coverings

I went in today with my boyfriend to do a free trial and we loved the facility! The guy working at the front checking people in had a horrible attitude; he was practically rolling his eyes as he spoke with us and current members. However, Ian, the account manager, made the entire trip and tour worth it. He was so energetic and personable throughout the entire experience! My boyfriend and I work at a gym so we understand exactly what the process is like when you get new people coming in expressing interest and he really hit it out of the park! We need more people like Ian working in customer service!
