I love Smart Barre! I enjoy going 3-4 times a week! I had never felt more toned and fit. I could tell the difference in my body after 4 weeks of going and do not want to stop. I have been going for about 9 months now. I can honestly say I feel stronger, healthier and happier. Everybody here is very friendly and nice and motivate you to keep going and not give up. Studio is very clean, comfortable and very relaxing!

I have been going to smart barre for over two years and am loving it! The workouts are never exactly the same and are still challenging after two years of practice! All of the instructors are knowledgeable and really sweet. I also love that this is an all women studio. Keep up the great work Smart Barre!! ud83cudf89ud83dude4cud83cudffb

Perfect for those wanting great results, with a low impact work out! For those wanting safe environment in group class setting for motivation and accountability, look no further! Love barre!

I truly am addicted to Smart Barre! I enjoy all the instructors. I really am impressed with how well choreographed all the classes are and I appreciate that all start and end on time. The studios are clean and comfortable. I also like that there is a rotation on instructors so that we can experience different people--I chose the class I go to based on time and location, not instructor, so the rotation is nice and keeps things fresh.

I simply love all the Smart Barre locations.nFor me I get the full benefits physically, mentally and emotionally.nnIt’s hard work but at the end self care is the best way I know how to explain it.nnAll the staff are wonderful and helpful.
