Fantastic box environment. Coaching is fantastic, great programming and an overall positive atmosphere. The people are friendly and encouraging! If you want to join a Crossfit gym, you won't be disappointed! This place is an excellent community for athletes of all levels!
This box is all about community and effective coaching. We are a group comprised of all different ages and backgrounds, but we support each other and are committed to a lifestyle of health and fitness. I truly believe people make the difference and Mike/Anjo (owners) make the difference with this Box. They are always looking for ways to enhance our lives as crossfitters and it shows. The coaching is also incredible--always demonstrating movements, always giving athletes different ways to scale movements, always committed to strengthening their athletes. Don't miss out on this Box, it is well worth the money and commitment.
