If I could give this gym a partial star, I would. I used to love coming to this gym for it's equipment and size but coming to work out today and seeing so many people without masks on was an absolute slap in the face. Then come to find out masks are optional here.nnI am a COVID ICU nurse and I feel completely disrespected. I won't be returning to this location until either COVID is over or masks are required here again. The other location I go to still requires masks. Since I feel like they actually care about their customers' safety and well being, I'll be making the longer drive to give them my business indefinitely.nnAdditionally, there is a pretty large population of older people who frequent this location. How ironic that the place they go to improve their health is actively allowing their health to be threatened.

I used to enjoy coming here but they do an absolutely abysmal job at mask enforcement. It is a let down and slap in the face to us on the front lines of covid.nnUpdate: Sorry for the previous misconception. Masks are optional here, even more disappointed. 10/10 recommend going somewhere else if you have respect for people fighting covid.

Basketball court. Pool. A lot of exercise machines. Friendly staff. And a nice cafe with a lot of options for food and drinks.

Not really happy with this place. Its getting old. They really arent updating it and it needs it. Staff is good. Not really fond of the general manager... she helped me out the other day because I asked to speak to a manager and she made it seem like she was to good to help me with a simple task. I get it ur the GM but maybe next time don't make it seem like a customer who pays dues every month is not worthy to get help from you. After that initial greeting, she was ok. Not really happy with their cancelation policies. We are still in a pandemic and apparently Gold's gym don't care. I been paying 10 months for no reason... cuz I haven t gone in 10 months cuz I dont feel safe. Also to pay that much and then the amenities be all closed. Yea not worth it.
