Great combination of an all around work out! The coaching staff is 100% committed and extremely attentive to all individuals during workouts.

Confirmed by one of the trainers that both of the owner's sons were positive fo Covid in July and the owner continued to go train so I reported to 311 for being a direct violation of state's safety mandatesnnGoing above and beyond for the safety of your patrons implies that negative tests aren't enough to clear the staff.

I highly recommend this gym for anyone. I always leave knowing that I got a good workout in and have never felt healthier or stronger since I joined in January. The trainers are experienced and professional and always come up with great routines. The prices are awesome and they give you options if you want to pay monthly or by quantity of classes. I researched other gyms and never found any others that list what the cost is online. They are upfront and professional. Overall a great decision!

100% recommended! All of the trainers are fun and very encouraging- they will push you to your limits but that’s what you’re there for. The environment of the gym itself is really motivating, and the other members are great to be around because nobody is intimidating/judgemental.nnEvery workout is different, but you’ll always feel amazing afterward!
