Usually I never have issues with management compared to people who have issues with their billing like they say in other reviews on here. For me, my workouts are good and fine. Though it’s weird how social distancing isn’t like really managed well in machines area, especially if it’s a packed house in the evenings on workdays. My advice would be to just go early or late evenings. Overall it’s pretty clean most of the time, always friendly good byes on my way out the door too

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They keep the facility very clean with social distancing. This is important to me because people walk around without their masks on. They have special sections for 30 minutes work outs that work all of your muscles put together in one section rooms. They have one room set up for just your abdominal workout exercises together. they have suntan rooms and massage equipment as well as stair steppers. Treadmills and weights to work on. They are open 24 hours and 7 days a week. I have been to many gyms and this one is were I go because its the best one available. I am proud to write this note for a recommendation about and for the gym. Taletha Oliver

I normally would never complain about a specific individual but in this enrollment incident I feel it is justified. I was helped by annoyed Maritza or Marisa when asked for her first name only because of a lack of name tag. She first exhibited absence of knowledge with my Employers fully paid Active & Fit Program. She asked for an unheard of Wellness card # and a Credit Card for finalization. This to me raised more questions & concerns. I needed assurance in writing that I would not be charged. a recurring monthly fee. My inquiries led her to express aggressive behavior & explicit language. In disbelief of her unprofessional misconduct & Customer Service etiquette I asked for her manager or a Corporate office #. which she told me to Google myself. I understand customers at times can be difficult & sometimes we all have bad days but this is no excuse to treat anyone in this manner.

This is my first time here, and I quite enjoyed myself. The facilities are clean, and it isn't the most packed gym I've seen. There were plenty of machines to use and all were socially distanced. My only critique is that, as a first timer to planet fitness, I need a little more guidance. Maybe a quick point and explain tour? And though I am glad there are stations like the 30 minute express, some of the numbers for the machines must have fallen off because I couldn't even identify where to really start. I had to watch another do it before me to get it. Overall, greatly enjoyed my first experience, but wanted a bit more of an introduction.nEDIT: Shortly after I posted this review I actually spoke to one of the trainers and I received great advice on where to start and then how to set up a future appointment to go from there once I was more familiar with the gym!
