I am so happy I called Champion! The girls that answer the phones are so professional and nice. They are wonderful at calling and keeping you up to date with everything going on. We had Jonathan here several times and he is AMAZING. He is so sweet and polite and was great with our dogs. I will never use any other AC company. Also the GM and his family are great people so I am happy to help support the company. Call them NOW!

I was in the market for a mini-split system for my 40’ container. Champion came out, did the math for flow and efficiency. We selected a model and the next day they came out and did a fantastic install job. They kept me up to speed as the install progressed. I added the twice a year service plan to keep it going for many years to come. Unit has been running smooth, quiet and keeps the container at the set temperature. Champion AC is highly professional and knowledgeable. Today we had the pleasure of meeting Cody, he explained everything in detail and walked us through each step of the way making sure we understood the process. I highly recommend this company. We have been without AC for months had other companies come but they never took the time to explain things the way Champion AC did and not just try and sell us the highest price unit but instead giving us budget friendly options and explaining each option in detail. I highly appreciate their services, my family will now have AC because of this wonderful company. Thanks Cody!

Technicians: James and Jackson arrived on time ready to work with a positive disposition. They represented the company well in their work ethics and character. Allen, the sales representative was very thorough, concise and easy to follow when explaining the different equipment that was available. Both teams were very neat in their appearance and used proper language in their descriptions of the work being performed. I would recommend this company to anyone. I feel comfortable feeling that if a problem should arise I will receive prompt, conscientious service.

Ray came out today to help us. The upstairs unit went out in our new home (new to us) and it was unbearably hot in our sons’ rooms. Ray was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, fast and was masked-up. He fixed the issue and we are very grateful to him and to Champion. Great company won’t call anyone else.nnTwo years ago: The technician came out to perform a summer check up. I was not able to be at the house but my wife and newborn were home. The technician worked quickly and reported no issues. I really appreciate Champion AC getting us thru the summer!!
