In the past 4 months I've been in need of medications and sadly every contact I've had with staff like Julie or pharmacy manager has been rude or just full of excuses, that's either in person or even calling in which seems to be a nightmare with long hold times. Plus not very cooperative if you choose to have your prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy, they're not helpful to the extent of not completing their side of transaction which definitely will put your prescription in limbo status and won't be ready at your needed time of pick up. Overall they have poor customer service and no people skills.

Trevor and the pharmacy staff are always very helpful and nice. I'm in there all the time. Great service!

Trevor, Kendall, Javier and another pharmacist (sorry I did not get her name) are fantastic. They really helped me with an issue caused by my prescribing doctor. It took way too much time and effort of the CVS team. Thank you for all your help, patience, caring and understanding!!!

We have been waiting for more than 1 hour for a vaccination, with no big rushes of people. Seeing the pharmacist talking andnMaking alternative paperwork is ridiculous. It is common sense to me if someone has been waiting for 1 hour try to assist them as soon as possible. All for the shot to take less then 3 minutes.

Bathroom not open to the public. We sat our items down and left. Went to Walgreens.
