The employees at this 7-Eleven Exxon gas station on the corner of military highway and westmont parkway are very rude and unhelpful I try to pay for my merchandise and they told me they cannot accept a $100 .Im not spending enough money for them to break it for me this has never happened to me at a Valero
Clerks not wearing masks and very rude. This is a public health concern and should be rectified immediatly!
The integrity of the cashiers this month oct. 2019 are awesome. I left my cellphone on the counter. They noticed it after many customers passed it by and set it in the back office. I asked the following day if one was turned in. It was there. I so appreciate that them. They always have my favorite Cold press juices stocked with a variety of flavors. The store is packed with interesting items and delicious fresh food and drinks.
Been here for 5 mins at the front counter, the clerk has not acknowledged me or checked me out. Strangest convenience store experience ever.
Absolute WORST customer service I have EVER experienced in my life! I thought you had to have some sort of appreciation for your customers to work in customer service? Evidently not in this store! Disgusting dirty Mexican man, like literally had dirt or something all over his clothes working the counter that wanted to stare at me the entire time inside and a manager that rejected my ID because I have long hair, but short hair on my ID. Clearly the face is the same. Absolutely humiliated in front of several other customers and left to run out of gas two miles down the interstate! Never again!
