Very unhappy with my local CVS pharmacy. I have been waiting on my prescriptions since last week. They said they sent in prior auth to the doctors office and the doctors office said they haven’t received anything. I tried calling CVS and I have been on hold three times in a row, someone picks up after 12 minutes and hangs up! Very unprofessional, says a lot to a customer.. so I requested a transfer to a different pharmacy and they answered on the first call I made and were very kind to help me. I will no longer use CVS.
Good pharmacy , poor selection of other retail items. Recently visited May 2020 to make a purchase, no visible sanitizing, baskets, checkout, no hand sanitized, you would expect better at a pharmacy! Revising rating.
They have installed plastic partitions to protect customers and employees. They have rubbing alcohol and hydrogen peroxide for sale again and seem to restock often. They also have 2-limit purchase for these and other popular items.
COVID cautious, store as usual is pretty clean and plenty of specials. Nice and helpful staff, always asks if you need any help but not so much that it is annoying. This is one of my favorite places among the CVS/Walgreens type stores when you don't feel like going into really busy, crowded store.
I'm very disappointed with my local CVS. I had a $5 coupon but the cashier said the system wouldn't accept it. It wasn't expired. Cashier called the manager, Martin, but he never came to talk to me. I waited over 10 minutes. She kept sighing in frustration. Customer service is obviously not important to them.
