Good location, great staff.
Absolutely horrible shopping experience. Mediocre over priced merchandise.nnUpon walking into the store, there are two sales people at the front desk talking. A full blown, self-indulgent conversation! Not one of them greeted me and not one of them ever acknowledge my existence in the store. Keep in mind the store was absolutely empty at the time. Keep in mind, I am a shopper and a spender and actually saw some things that I liked. But with that lack of service why bother... I can be ignored on Amazon! LOL!nnEddie Bauer! Soon to be another fading Brick and mortar retailer. So sad. Used to be so much better!
I had never been here & really enjoyed the items they had here. Unfortunately, their customer service lacks. We were never greeted or offered any help. Also, the old lady with grey curly hair continued to stare at my boyfriend and I continuously for no reason at all. At no point did she offer any help. She sure did offer a ton of help to everyone else in the store.
Always good quality clothes.
For those that don't need extreme outdoor gear for scaling K2 or Denali, this is the store for you. Great service. If you are super tall, their sizes will work well for you.
