I asked a sales associate if they carried magnetic eye lashes and liner.nnIn a condescending tone, she tells me that we are in Sephora, as if to imply they sell high end merchandise.nnMind you that we're in a JCPENNY store... ud83eudd37ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f (No offense to JCPenny because their store and sales associates are wonderful!)

First time I’ve ever been to Sephora and it was a memorable experience, I had to tell the world! Sirenia assisted me and Vanessa checked me out. There upbeat positivity and eager to help with every one of my needs was effortless, they even gave me a Birthday gift! I have never thought twice about buying “expensive” makeup but the service has me addicted. Thank you so much for the amazing experience Sephora! However you’re training your teams or employing the perfect sales people, it’s crucial to your success.
