I recently received my gift card for my nieces birthday. She likes to receive general beauty, makeup, and select types of jewelry items best as a teenager these days. They have personalized Organically Bath and Beauty printed tissue paper, which is thinking creatively! Their gift cards are made of thick, sturdy plastic.nnI also ordered some Charcoal soap for my acne-prone body. I'm looking forward to receiving it and trying it. The simple, clean ingredients of their soaps look astounding for such awesome prices! It's so cool that they donate money to a local food bank when you purchase select soaps. I am tempted to buy a moisturizing soap for my sister sometime in the future...

Wonderful, environmentally friendly soaps, scrubs, and butters. They smell amazing. Not that anyone needs their soaps to be pretty, but they also have beautiful patterns/designs. Shipping may take some time, but it's well worth the wait. Being a black-owned, family business is also a huge plus. You've found a long-term customer in me!!

Did some Christmas shopping here for a friend and the owner was super helpful! And everything smelled amazing. Remember to shop small businesses for the holidays! :)

To add to my previous post (April Alexandrea Hall). During the time that I was on the phone with the owner (Kevin Nabors) the disturbance in the background was so profound that Kevin had to keep placing the phone on mute. It appeared that horse playing was taking place while on duty. I only hope that while the shop clerks were “celebrating” (as they called it) that they were practicing social distancing and following CDC guidelines. This is another point that I mentioned in both my complaints to the FTC and to Ken Paxton respectfully.nnMy Response To The Seller: I in no way, shape, form, and/or fashion have threatened your establishment. I have merely left truthful and honest reviews on Instagram and Facebook. It’s sickening that you all continue to lie. At this point it’s quite pathetic and sad. No I did not mention the laughing while I was on the call. I clearly stated that I wish I would have addressed that while on the phone as the situation was not comical. Please provide evidence of me threatening your establishment, oh wait you have NONE! I have screenshots of all communication between myself and your establishment. I have never uttered a threatening word and I have never sent you a single threat. Again, I have sent consumer complaints to Ken and the FTC so I will allow their investigations to take place. I am not in the wrong in this situation, Organically Bath & Beauty you are just wrong. It’s sad that you won’t admit it. In closing, I must state that we did not spend 10 minutes on the call, it was exactly 7 minutes and some odd seconds. Everything that I’ve said is true and completely honest. I have screenshots of all of the reviews that I have left for your establishment. Again, not once did I threaten your establishment. Harassment is definitely not the case at all. I’ve merely inquired on why was I blocked on both Instagram and Facebook, and I merely inquired on why was my ordered cancelled. You provided no response to either inquiry. The fact of the matter is that this establishment needs to be under review for unethical practices, disgracefully poor customer service, and unfair practices.
