I've been shopping for tires and finally a place that has not only great prices but great customer service. Thank you Eric for letting me know that I have 17 inch rims and not 16.. even though my rim is 17, they make the correction at no extra cost. Had a flat tire and had no choice but to buy from a used tire shop. 60 dollars later and a used tire at that, I won't be going back there again. Discount Tire is our place to shop from this day on. Thank you to all the staff, from the minute I got there you all gave great service. 5 stars to all..

I've been to this location over 10 times in the last 6 years, and every, single, time I experience EXCELLENT customer service! They are all so professional, friendly & thorough. One time I had an unexpected tire emergency, shortly after a huge, expensive birthday party for my son. I was on a very tight budget, and they helped me get a safer tire at a discounted rate--SO AWESOME!! I've bought several complete sets of tires here, and they've been great quality. I like that if you get the warranty, they'll help fix or replace them. They constantly have many people lining up for the free tire check, but rather than being annoyed, they always greet you with a smile and are extremely kind & helpful. I will always do my tire business here. Thank you, everyone. :)

Best service I’ve had at a discount. Called and was quickly given the information I needed. When I arrived Juan helped me with getting a nail removed and he went above and beyond to look for a small leek I another tire. Was told to give them 45 minutes, the car was done in 40 Ben gave me the information about the fix and how they were even able to find the pin hole leek in my other tire A+++++

Great service! Easy to book appointment on-line. Greeted by Juan, who was very professional and friendly. Took care of me promptly, and then suggested I check tire pressure on rest of vehicle. Then greeted by Cristian at the free-check station. Also very nice, and even checked my spare tire! Good thing, as it was very low on air. Definitely my store of preference going forward!

Really great service. Showed up when they opened without an appointment with a tire leaking air. They took care of me and were able to replace the tire and balance and rotate my other tires all in about an hour of walking in the door. Staff are friendly and make sure everything is taken care of and you need nothing else.
