Chris E. (manager) & his team (Miguel, Angel, Zed, and others) are very professional & knowledgeable about all matters relating to tires. The service was above & beyond my expectations.nnWhenever I need tire service, I do not hesitate to bypass Walmart or any other tire shop & head to Discount Tire—especially Chris’ team at this location—they are intelligent, humorous, and fully competent. You can’t go wrong with great counsel & experience. 10-STAR SERVICE!

what a fantastic place to go get good service. My tires were low in air. Their work system is great! You drive up and get in line, you don't have to get out of your car. This helps customers get out of their fast. The gentleman that helped put air in my tires very nice gentleman, welcomed me with a smile ud83dude0a friendly talkative willing to go the extra mile. I had such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place and I'm going back again whenever I need service. Wish I could have asked him for his name.

Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because my second visit in the same week wasn’t the best. I had come in two days prior in the week for a flat tire. The guy who helped me, Mason, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very kind not pushy with products or anything. Just genuinely wanted to help. Please give this man recognition. He ordered my new tires and said they would be in within the next 2 days. I called 2 days later and sure enough the tires were in. I headed on over to get it done nice and quick. When I got there Mason was preoccupied with another customer so I was serviced by another employee Taylor Lambert. I can tell Taylor is the senior member in marketing because he kept pushing more and more products on me after I had already said multiple times that I wasn’t in my best place financially. He knows his stuff don’t get my wrong, I just feel like he could have gone a different way about marketing the products to me or anyone especially since I had already paid close to 500 2 days earlier for my new tires. Not being as financially stable, those 2 tires hit me hard. I was not interested in any other products, I simply cannot afford them. As a retail worker I know how it is to have to market products to customers, just a suggestion, don’t press a customer that you know has already paid quite a bit especially when they say they aren’t in the best place financially. Otherwise great service, the tire replacement was faster than anticipated and the tires work great.

I went in today to get a set of new tires and John Hernandez was great! He helped me from start to finish! I was having a rough day and the excellent customer service from this young man really made my day! Thank you so much!

Over 2 hours waiting and still waiting. customers not wearing face mask ud83dude44 no one is telling them anything.
