caliber collision, Auto Body Shop: San Antonio - IH-10 Location

My car was taken to caliber on May 14. Every week we have gotten the runaround, excuses, lies, the same updates as the week before and can’t seem to get anywhere. After seven weeks they have done minimal work on our car and are constantly saying it’s because they don’t have a part in or don’t have the correct tool to fix it. They’ve been waiting for two weeks for one tool to be able to use to work on my vehicle. As a body shop they should at least have the tools they need. The lies and excuses are the most frustrating part. I was told it would take 30 days and we are at seven weeks with no end in sight.Definitely would suggest you take your car anywhere else than here!

They need improvement seriously starting up in the front and some of the guys are to comfortable they don't like to take care of there customers
