Excellent customer service and most importantly HONESTY. All work was carried out to a high standard and the price for services were less than the dealer's quote! These guys know their stuff-and do it well. I would have no hesitation in recommending German Car Specialists to any Audi owner.
The service was quick and staff was beyond helpful. I ran into an issue and Berk was quick to resolve. The pricing for the work is was half the cost of competitors and the turn around time was less than a day. I’m very happy with this service and will return for future work on my BMW. Definitely worthy of a review.
I've taken my car ( 2014 A4 ) twice to German Car Specialist recently. It's a very clean shop and you'll quickly discover they know what they are doing! I've gotten my car back quickly for scheduled appointments and they handle extended warranty claims! Support a local shop and stay away from the dealer when possible.
The best service for our Audi. So much better than the dealer service. Don't let the small shop size worry you. You will be satisfied.
Not too often do you find auto services ran with transparency and honesty. Berk gave me options to address problems with my Audi S6 (V10). Car now runs like new!
