Absolutely AMAZING customer service provided by Trevor. I went to 2 other locations in San Antonio prior to coming to this one & was admittedly frustrated by the prior interaction. He was so extremely helpful and informative. They were extremely busy and he still took the time to assist me without making me feel like an inconvenience. Very professional. I'm safely back on the road thanks to him!! 10 out of 5 stars.

I went in there at 2/13/21 to put air in my tires before the bad weather hit San Antonio TexasnSalesperson 595 Marshall Cloud noticed that my back two tires were very bad and dangerous. Marshall Cloud went beyond what a salesperson had to do to help me get two new tires. I'm very grateful for generosity. I recommend this discount tire to anybody it was very clean and the staff was very helpful. If you want a friendly salesman ask for him!! You have a blessed day thank you again Mr. Cloud!!!

If you need new tires, wheels, or just maintenance on either, I highly recommend this location. I recently replaced my tires, wheels, etc and Justin/Joe (and team) made the process effortless. I picked out my stuff online, went in to make sure everything would fit/were the right thing for my vehicle and needs, and got them ordered in less than 15 min on a Monday. Wednesday I got a call everything was in and there was immediate availability.. and my new wheels and tires were on 45 min later. I’m so happy with my purchase and the service.

Marshall was extremely helpful and took care of my situation right away. I usually always have good customer service at this location, but today it was the best I have ever had. I find it refreshing that good customer service is still a top priority here. Thanks again Marshall! :)

I was at this location yesterday due to a tire pressure issue. It turns out it was a completely different issue having to do with the wheel. All the gentlemen I dealt with at this location where so nice and thoughtful but Jorge was the absolute best. He dealt with me from the moment I drove up to the moment I left. He kept me updated at all times and even took me around to show me what the issue was. He was very diligent and knowledgeable about his job. Money is kind of tight for me at the moment and when it came time to let me know if he could put the tire back on or put my spare he wasted no time in offering to put a steel wheel for a discounted rate so I could get home safe and ordered me a wheel I could pay for on Friday. This is just above and beyond customer service. He could have simply put on my spare and let me be on my way, especially because I told him I lived down the street but he chose to go above and beyond. I’m super appreciative of this and everyone at this location.
