12-31-2020nnMy experience was a delightful one, Luis Velasquez was patient and kind. I did my own financing with my bank so I didn’t have to deal with credit checks and waiting around. I literally invested 3 hours of my time combined working this deal. I test drove the Ram 2500 6.7 Cummings 4x4 long bed heavy duty truck, I have been a Ford guy my whole entire adult life. Until recently I bought the Ram product, my wants were the. Diesel engine, 4x4, and the price. At my age of 48 I’m more into saving money than driving the luxury truck. For which I will say I have driven nothing but King Ranches F350 my whole adult life. But this time i I said budget vs luxury, I chose budget and functionality.nnI stole the truck from Ancira, their combined discounts with the manufacturer made it a deal I could not pass up. I only have 57 miles on it, I will do an update in 30 days to see how the first month goes, but all in all my experience was a pleasant one. One thing I will recommend by at the end of the year or end of month they seem to be more motivated to discount than January 1st. And also go in with buying power so you are not at their mercy. Be a Bullet when it comes to your credit.nnTony
I had an awesome experience at the Ancira Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership. I had two of the nicest and helpful men help me choose my new 2021 Dodge Challenger R/T. Brian Sixto and Ivan Medina went above and beyond in showing me the different cars and answering all the questions I had. I can honestly say I was very satisfied with their customer service, honesty and kindness. I would highly recommend Brian and Ivan to help you get what you are looking for. I will send family and friends to them because I know they will be in good hands. They deserve recognition for their sincere customer service.
Came in today for a problem with my 1500 Ram. Ed from service took good care of me. Every time I come in in here it is professional and all my needs are taken care of. They treat you as family which I like most about this establishment. No one ignores you like other places do as you walk in. I was broke down far away and ED walked me threw getting in touch with roadside assistance. Great service from beginning to end. Very professional and friendly people. I was not worried about my 1500 Ram because they have great mechanics and it would be taken care of as usual. Over all this is a great place to bring your vehicle and get great service. I recommend it.
Drove all the way from the RGV for my purchase because of the great price. Ivan, our salesperson, communicated with us the entire time via phone and got everything taken care of for us. We asked that everything be ready the day we drove up to get the vehicle because we were on a very tight schedule and Ivan had us in and out in 30 minutes. Highly recommend working with him!
The staff are the highest quality professionals and make the process very easy -- almost too easy! They were not pushy yet listened to my needs and found ways to meet them. There provided updates along the entire process and stayed in close communication. Everyone was genuine and eager to help. David Rodriguez is an amazing member of the team and is still helping us whenever we have questions. Juan, the financial support guy, was friendly and kept us entertained with his humor.
