Love this company! Josh did a great job assisting me with service. He took my car parked near the service department and allowed me to pick up my husband. Otis was my service adviser. He did a awesome job trying to get me picked up from home and get me to the dealership. These guys goes up and beyond with customers service! Thank you guys Especially Josh for your professionalism.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I dealt with Jesse and Lance in the service department. Great guys , great attitude, and above all great service. Lance is very helpful service writer, my truck was in and out in less than 24 hour's and that's great for a man that needs his truck to earn a paycheck. Also David,my salesman was able to loan me a vehicle so I could get around. Ancira got some good people working at this location.

Update: yes our sales man Roy was a great guy. But after dealing with them the past few months I found out a few things. 1: make sure you triple check your paperwork. I was supposed to have GAP not extended warranty. So when I wrecked my car there was no GAP. 2: just go to another Nissan dealer. Check reviews. Focus on the F&I reviews. The salesmen have to follow Nissan guidelines but finance does not.nnI got good service from another dealer. Double check the paperwork and happy with what we got. Although getting a simple oil change takes a lot longer than most, I got a good deal.nSo in the end, avoid this place. Unless you like getting the run around for 9 months.

Purchased a vehicle from here and dealt with salesman Devin Dobbins. He was very honest and willing to answer any questions. Best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. Highly recommended!
