Gunn Acura provided great service.Garrett was my service rep and kept me up to date on everything that was happening with my car. He also explained the things that will be coming up for maintenance. Finally, Garrett ensured I had a vehicle to use while my car was being serviced since I had to wait on a part! Awesome service by Garrett!nnUpdate: second visit to Gunn Acura. Garrett remember me and the needs of my car. He greeted me and kept me updated on my car service. I’ll continue to use Gunn to ensure I get the best service on my car. Thank you for great service!

Mr Dale was a pleasure to work with. Although I arrived a little after my scheduled appointment due to traffic, he still took my vehicle in and completed the necessary service work without a problem. Being that I worked in the car business for years, I definitely understand how being courteous and straightforward in the business is what a big part of customer service! I will definitely be back! Thank you again Mr Dale and Joshua Rodriguez for doing what you do. Another satisfied customer!

The Service Area is phenomenal! Always helpful, efficient. Love that they keep me informed every step of the way...and at the end my car is washed. Love it! Thank you so much Gunn Acura! You guys Rock!

I originally had an appointment and asked to come in earlier. When I arrived, they busy and the wait was going to be 1 hour and 45 minutes. Even though the wait was long, I had an awesome service advisor, Garrett. He kept me updated, provided a number to contact him if needed, and he wasn’t pushy with the additional recommended services. I also appreciated the car wash! This was my first visit but not my last.

I already own one Acura from Gunn and when it came time to buy another car I knew where I wanted to go.nnMy wife and I were greeted professionally (and masked!) by Michelle and she took such good care of us, going over options and benefits, answering our questions and bringing multiple vehicles for us to try out.nnWe spent the day shopping and after being given the runaround and obnoxious sales pressure from other lesser car dealerships we made our decision to get the car my wife loved at a price we were pleased with.nnDrives like a dream and my wife is so happy when driving it, knowing it will take great care of my family.nnThank you Michelle, it would not have happened without you.
