I have to say our vehicle shopping experience with Jordan Motor Cars was easy and very pleasant. It was the easiest and best vehicle shopping experience ever. Andy and Dan were both great to work with and they were very professional. They went out of their way to please us and help us anyway they could. I never felt like there was anything hidden. The vehicle was detailed and ready for us when we arrived. All the options were explained. I highly recommend Jordan Motor Cars in San Antonio.
Wow, my experience with Jordan Ford truly blew me away. I found the vehicle online and requested more info and Larry was quick to contact me back and he was able to handle everything for me over the phone so that when I got off work I could just show up, and if I liked the car I could just sign the paperwork and walk out (which I did, GREAT pre-owned vehicle, two keys, low mileage, still had warranty, loaded model)! They worked with my low credit, made qualifying for something I wanted easy, and helped get me financed with a bank that allowed me to stay within my budget. Andy made me feel safe and comfortable with my investment. Very great staff here! Overall great experience purchasing a vehicle, will definitely be recommending Jordan Ford to my friends and family.
I have been dealing with Larry Bertram at Jordan Motorcars for several years now. I have purchased a Porsche directly from them and they have also helped me buy 2 Mercedes from out of state. They have always been extremely professional and helpful. Larry is very good at what he does. That’s why I keep going back to him whenever I’m looking for a vehicle. He’s very knowledgeable, honest and very easy going. I highly recommend him and JMC.
