Acura dealership personnel were very respectful, and attentive. We had Mr. Ali assist us. He went above and beyond to show us their choice of vehicles. Their prices were very competitive and their quality of vehicles backed their prices. Thanks to Mr. ALI's patients we selected the TLX SEDAN which he showed us as last choice , Color and model made our day. Their loan dept also were very competitive. Their Acura credit dept. offered us a super lower interest rate than our local credit union Mr. Eric Woodson took care of us superbly.

I took my wife's vehicle in for routine maintenance. I also had some seat trim warranty repairs completed. I was totally satisfied. The service coordinator was friendly and really went out of his way to assist me. The seat repair was supposed to be done on a previous visit but for some reason was not done. He researched the situation and had it repaired properly. It may be more expensive than non dealer repair shops but you get what you pay for. They stand behind their work. The customer waiting area is clean and comfortable. They have complimentary fresh donuts and Starbucks coffee in the morning. They provide complimentary water and some small snack items. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Gunn Acura staff are always friendly. The service waiting area is always clean. The employees are very concerned for the safety of the patrons by wearing masks. There was no one walking around without one on.
