Alex was so helpful! So patient and understanding and really fought for our needs. Doesn’t hurt that he was bilingual too, it can be so hard to find nice hardworking care salesman but he was everything we needed and more. Thank you Alex for making echo park a remarkable dealership. If you’re thinking about buying a car make sure and go to this place and ask for Alex. He will focus his time and attention on you without being too pushy. Loved it here and recommend it to all!

This has been the the most stress free and efficient car buying experience ever. I did the paperwork the night prior to getting the car. The next morning I only spent a couple hours in the dealer to finalize paperwork. Shout out to Aaron, my sales rep for making it a speedy process since I had to go into work later that day. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Staff was friendly too and the vehicle I purchased was in excellent condition. Great experience

Juan helped me find the car of my dreams! He was so nice and informative. He didn’t waste my time or try to pressure me into anything.nnWe were so impressed we decided to buy on the spot. As Juan was doing paperwork, the nice manager Cody came out to greet us. There was no sales pressure whatsoever which made the experience Comfortable and Enjoyable.nJesse Garza was Awesome! Delivering exceptional Customer Service, he was very Courteous, Informative, Attentive and Patient with us. He showed us any vehicles we wanted to see without hesitation and answered any questions we had. Walked us through the process, made it go by fast and smooth. He also went out of his way to make sure I got the Best Financial rate so that I stayed within my budget. Shows he really cares about making his customers Happy. To start off I was really impressed with the customer service that I received. My Brother and I were referred by Juan Chavez but at the time that I was there to meet him he was with a customer. Alexis Orteaga was my sales rep. Alexis was very attentive with the specific questions that I had. The sales manager was always making sure that we were well attended while waiting. Miguel Macias thanks for not letting me go to another dealership because of that I've my lovely and gorgeous Lexus. Great Team work at EchoPark I had a great experience.
