BMW of San Antonio

Just wanted to give a shout out to the all the wonderful people who work here. They treat everyone who walks in the door as if you were on of their one. I bought some merchandise, a sweetheart and t-shirt on Tuesday afternoon, and was treated as if I were buying a car! Super friendly staff!! Just a great group of people!! Highly recommend for anyone looking to buy a new car or just looking for some awesome gear in the retail shop! Will return again!!

This is a review of the experience I had with BMW of San Antonio. Both Service and Sales. They are definitely the largest BMW in Texas and you can see it from their fabulous facilities and amenities.nnDuring service I worked with Rhaudell. He's nothing but courteous, accomodating to my crazy work schedule and 150-plus-mile distance away from the dealer. He's always keeping me posted about my vehicle via text/email as soon as he finds anything from the mechanics and also respected my role of being in the military. Couldn't ask for a better service personnel.nnIn terms of Sales, I dealt with Joshua, the Sales Director, as well as Theresa. It is quite rare that a Management level personnel actually responds personally to my initial inquiry (most dealers have either automated emails, which I despise, or assign the lead to a client advisor), but I always prefer to deal with upper management. I must begin by saying that I am quite a difficult customer requiring a specific budget, many options on the vehicle, as well as a remote customer 150 miles from the dealer. He was very aggressive in terms of pricing with the vehicle that I found at his dealer. He was honest, up-front, without any gimmicks or tricks.nnHe continued to maintain contact with me, was very cordial and worked extremely hard to fight for the vehicle I wanted. Theresa also continued to follow up with me via email and text, to make sure that I am up-to-date with the most recent car, financing, and current BMW incentive information.nnBecause of Rhaudell and Joshua, I will definitely refer customers and come back for my future Ultimate Driving machines.
