Pretty good experience. Dana Casanova was super nice. The car was just as advertised and the only thing that would have been nice is if they would shampoo the seats. But that was not a surprise, and I expected it to be like that. Fair price and good service, make sure you make an appointment so they can give you their best attention.
Updated: I was happy initially but they removed the running boards off my vehicle during detailing and the paperwork process took several hours due to issues with computers. It took me 3 1/2 hours to finalize after it all. I left only to realize they had removed the running boards. Pay attention to ALL details as this was not okay. When I asked via email they said the plastic was bad and they were rusted so they took them off yet nobody cared to mention it.nnFound what I wanted, no hassle, great price and great trade in value. Kaitlyn was awesome to deal with too. So much better than regular car dealers. Not pushy great selection and great deals.
UPDATEnI want to take the time to give a special shout-out to Marcus The salesperson who immediately reached out to me the following morning after I posted the bad review. Not only was he able to get me a good deal on the vehicle but was able to get me a good deal on my trade. The sales manager made me feel very welcomed and at home. I want to truly appreciate Carlotz for helping me get to turn my dream into a reality. I look forward to doing more business with them and I encourage anyone who reads this to do the same.

Very happy I found this place! Good deals and friendly staff. I’m writing this as my new car is getting detailed and topped up. Dana was very helpful during my car purchase. She was very responsive and informative. The lot and inside the dealership is very clean. They have a big inventory, wide variety and range in pricing.
