BMW of San Antonio’s service department is top notch. I arrived about 10 minutes early to my appointment. They immediately greeted me and took my information. My service advisor, Esperanza, showed me around the lounge and made sure I was completely taken care of. She had advised it would take approximately 2 hours to finish, but it only took one. They sent me a video of my inspection and everything. This is the first dealership was such incredible service.

Fantastic experience! Jorge on the sales was extremely informative and kind. Mr. Lily was just as amazing in finance. I only buy from people I like. Definitely enjoyed my experience and will be back!!! Alan in service made things super easy also! Thanks for keeping me happy in my awesome ride!!!

Adam Castillo at BMW San Antonio (W - I-10) made this THE best car buying experience of my life. His product knowledge, understanding of what I needed and attention to detail made this a zero stress purchase. Asides from knowledge of product, he had great enthusiasm and was very patient listening to my my needs and wants. Deserves more than 5 stars. I will send anyone I know looking for a car his way with no hesitation. Thanks Adam!

Great experience with BMW of San Antonio. Earlier in February, I purchased a Mazda CX-5 that they had in their inventory. The whole process was extremely smooth and easy, thanks to Xavier Marshall. His attention to details and willingness to go above and beyond made my first car buying experience a very enjoyable process. He is the most knowledgeable car salesman who really cares about his customers and their car buying experience. I came from out-of-town to purchase the car, but that did not cause any problems, as he was patient, attentive, and understanding with my requests. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I found it best to schedule vehicle service online. The PC web interface isn’t the sleekest, but it’s fairly easy to use. Vehicle drop-off was quick and easy. Some of the signature/ initial areas of the care loaner e-form were not very usable; however I was able to get into the loaner and out the door in about 10 minutes. Vehicle pick-up was easy as well, although it took longer since my vehicle was sent for wash once I arrived. That part could have been better. Despite this 5 stars overall for always providing excellent service and care.
