I highly recommend Red Mc Combs Hyundai Northwest service department. I have been in multiple dealerships and this dealership has the best service department! I was very pleased with Mr. Patrick Stevens the service manager, who made our experience with their dealership a great one. He was very helpful in taking care of our needs with his friendly, efficient, detailed, and fast service. The ease of the whole service was exceptional along with his staff. Thank you, Mr. Stevens, for providing an outstanding service for customers!

After visiting several dealerships working with several car salesmen that wanted to stick me in a car that THEY wanted to stick me in, I ended up in the hands of Rene DeLa Rosa at Hyundai Northwest. He not only LISTENED to everything that I wanted, but he made it happen. I was pretty much told by a manager at ANOTHER dealership that I had champagne taste with a beer budget and it was impossible. Told me I should be more open to something I wasn't looking for with a higher down payment and $400 payments.nSo glad I knew better and went to Rene. Now I'm in that fancy car with the leather seats, sunroof, low monthly payment that I wanted. Couldn't be happier that I was led to Rene that day. I've worked sales before and the reason why I was so successful is because I always LISTENED to my customer. When you listen, they'll trust you. If you're reading this and in the market for a new vehicle, please do yourself a favor and reach out to Rene De La Rosa. I promise you, you won't regret it.

We had a great experience purchasing our Tucson from our salesperson Rene Delarosa. I used the Buy Now feature on the website and Rene reached out to me the next morning. We were able to communicate throughout the day and had a done deal by the time we arrived at the dealership after work, which enabled us to be driving home in our new car about an hour later! Rene was very attentive and helpful in all aspects of the sale and vehicle delivery and I highly recommend him!

Found the perfect car I needed! Paul Flores did a fantastic job helping me find a car. He answered every question I had. He worked with me to get what was in my budget. Highly recommend getting him as your salesman. I also liked that he checks in to see if everything is going well with the car.

Worse service ever! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!! I just recently bought a used car from engine light comes on the next day! Thinking because it has warranty if anything is wrong it will be covered, wrong!!! I just bought the vehicle in January and have been given a diagnosis of a bad catalytic converter which will cost me 3000 to be fixed. Manager will not help to get it covered under warranty! They have given me a hard time and won't budge. This is robbery and I will not sit back and allow folk's to take advantage of me!!!
