Mini’s service is excellent. I purchased four Mini Coopers from Rob in a couple of years. I am so glad to hear that he is promoted to the Sales Manager. This time I worked with Travis, his sales team member. Travis is very helpful and responsive to my text messages and calls. He is easy to work with. He brought the mini I wanted to see and test drive to my place because I had been very busy. The online application process is seamless and it took me only 10 minutes to fill out. The price and promotion and the inventory options are great.
From the moment I walked in the door Yesica Garcia was extremely friendly and helpful. She basically held my hand through the entire experience calming my nerves and alleviating my fears. Every staff member that I came into contact with was polite and very helpful as well, answering all my questions and providing excellent information. The entire experience was effortless and I was overjoyed to drive away with my dream car!!
If it wasn't for Covid I would have bought a car here. What more can be said about a car dealership?
I've known her to represent Mini Cooper outstanding customer care more than a year. Holly always make me smile, I feel important too her. She naturally present herself and has a mindset. That one god given principle ( is to treats people the way she would want to be treated).
