Just sold a car to them. Carvana offered a very fair price.nBegan the process online, where Carvana collected some documents and information about the car. They issued a quote and some conditions, then asked to schedule an appointment. Online process took about 25 min to complete.nAppointment took place at their facility. From the time I arrived to the time I left was about 30 minutes. The associate had all of the paperwork ready. Had the order of documents memorized and gave a summary of each document.nAssociate inspected the vehicle and confirmed the final quote (did not change from online quote). The longest part of the whole process was the wait for my ride home.nArea where you sign the documents is an open bay with good ventilation. The main office is enclosed, but the staff only allows one customer in at a time. There is a Plexiglas barrier between you and the desk. Everyone I saw was wearing masks.nOverall I'm very impressed. Very professional and efficient.
I sold my car to Carvana and was given a great price for it. I received payment in my bank account the next business day. No hassle(s),no complications and it was a seamless transaction. A great experience and did NOT get the ordinary dealership hassles. I would highly recommend Carvana if you want to sell your car.
I purchased my Chevrolet SS online and picked it up at location. Everything was great and easy. Scheduled my appt finished up minor paperwork and drove home. It was an amazing experience from staff and online.
Don’t use Carvana! Tried to buy a Toyota Sienna 4 weeks ago, only to have different excuses made each week they failed to deliver the vehicle. Eventually they had to admit they lost it, can’t locate it, don’t know where it is, and have been lying to me about it for a month. I can sign 29 pages of contracts for all the 3 separate times the delivery date was changed, but they can’t confirm actual possession of their own assets? What a ridiculous joke! Bet they go out of business real soon and those giant kiosks full of cars become neglected pieces of land for lease.
