The staff and management here are incredible! Unbelievably polite and sweet people. This location is usually pretty slammed every morning but somehow almost everyone working here knows and remembers me. Anything I order is always made correctly and promptly. They're doing things right at this location.
Love the staff and very clean store. Hunter, Josh, Jacob, Sam, Bella, and Nicole are the best. They know what you want when they see you. Please get more Chicken and Hummus Boxes! That is my favorite :-)
They don't allow indoor seating at this location which is fine, we wanted to sit outside anyway. But all the tables and chairs were wet. So I asked the employee Anna if a table could be wiped down so we could sit outside. When she gave me our coffees she also gave me a rag and said here this to wipe the tables outside. I was there on a coffee date with my wife. Which we do often. We go to different locations every weekend. This was the 1st and last time we will visit this location. I even asked her. Aren't you the employee not me. No one ever came out to wipe the tables. I had to use a napkin. Busting any Starbucks is now on the bottom of list. I sticking to mom and pop coffee houses.
Nice location with very friendly staff, just wish they would open earlier and close later
Great service and also pretty quick for most mornings. My drink is usually always correct when it comes out. The only downfall is the price, my expressio frap cost more at this location than any other location ice been to in San Antonio
