I called to ask a question and was on hold for what seem like forever. After waiting on the phone for 25 minutes I finally hung up. I guess they feel phone calls aren't important to them.nnThank God I bank at USAA. They answer most of their calls in 5 minutes or less.

Went to the drive-up teller to do a withdrawal. No lines, quick and easy, also tge teller was very nice.
They se slick they will try ti pull money out in your account without you knowing horrible bank..... just saw the reply by the way no it's not fees !!! Thieves
