Every time I have gone, I have never had a problem with Chase. The customer service has been great.
Exceptional service! After several attempts from online, to a telephone appt to no answer at an open branch, arriving and being told no appts avail today...I almost gave up. Spoke with a Brooks at Blanco/1604 who helped me get an appt at NW Military/Wurzbach pkwy. From the minute I arrived it was nothing but timely, professional and courteous! Thank you so much Pete Garcia and the gentleman in training!! Yall ROCK!
The branch manager is very inconsiderate and careless and of course his employees. Dont visit this branch. They provide misleading inconsistent information.nOverall my experience with chase is the worst. Customer service over the phone is bad and rude. Longest waiting time.nPlease dont use chase and better use any other bank.
I’ve had mixed experiences with this branch. But today they helped me out by opening 10 minutes early to accommodate my needs! Thank you! I made my flight and I really appreciate the gesture and effort.
