The lady at the front desk rudely insisted that I wear a face mask. Implied that she would not speak with me otherwise. She didn't bother to ask if I had a medical condition. I didn't appreciate the way I was treated.
Horrible service. Don't bank here. The ATM ate my deposit for 700 and they said I had to wait 30 days for an investigation. Frost ATM are old and unreliable. Dont make mistake I made by banking here.
When they dont feel like working they wont. On door and google says closes at 1pm. They have the lobby doors locked by 12pm.
Been in here a few times. Tucked away. Staff very helpful.
Literally impossible to go to any day outside of Saturday if you work normal hours.
