Great bank to establish a relationship with. Competitive rates super low fee schedule and overall great people to deal with. Never had a problem with this branch as I see other people have but in reality banks aren’t a fast food drive-through. That being said, I still haven’t had any issues with this branch or any other.

The tellers are incredibly courteous and professional. I've been a member for about six years; I've yet to have any issues that couldn't be reasonably resolved.
Been a member of RBFCU and user of this branch for over ten years - very fine credit union as a whole, and a very good branch - people are friendly, professional, and very supportive. May be a bit understaffed at times, but no complaints.
Worked in the financial industry for some time... I hate it when employees and especially managers say there is nothing they can do to help a customer out when they actually can. It's if they choose to do so or not.nWhere did the compassion and kindness go? Is everyone out for themselves now? Is chivalry really dead?nI guess lawyers aren't the only liars.
