This branch has no customer service. No drive-through service, no lobby tellers or anyone who can help transact business. It is strictly an ATM location.nI walked in, and the CSR walked me to the ATM and advised me that all of their cash and banking transactions are handled through the ATM!nUnless you want to go ahead and have them sell you something...nChase, please don't call it a branch, call it a retail location with an ATM.

I just want to say that when a fellow employee comes in to open a account, please have your employees verify their guidelines. I came in with a promotion that was sent to me to open a account and the employee informed me due to guidelines I won't get the promotional bonus. Of course this is false and I informed her of this but she stated that we as chase employees don't qualify for such bonuses. I did open a account at a different location with no issues even though I'm a employee I was well qualified for the bonus. Please inform all employees to not just assume guidelines. I came in during the week and it was empty it may be due to having so many people turned away due to false information.

The first of all I've been with Chase for a very long time I go to this location and they tell me unfortunately this one has no tellers only machines which is fine the problem is I was just trying to get $20 out and get two tens and he said that they didn't have the capability of doing that so now I have to drive two exits down to another Chase so I can actually get two tens from an actual person and not a machine!!!!!!
