Some competition to Silvias in Salado would be nice. The tacos aren’t bad but very inconsistent. Competition might drive them to put a better foot forward. Bean and Cheese taco tasted tasted like a cleaning agent this morning and was cold like it just came out of the fridge. Bacon Egg & Cheese was a 3/10 at best. No cheese was melted and the tortillas were cold. Everyone has an off day so I’m not mad with Silvia’s, and I’ll give them another shot but some consistency would be nice.

I'm a fan of the brisket tacos but my coworkers prefer the fajitas seasoning, if you enjoy spicy then feel free to give the chicaron a go.
