Love going there cause I like the service.
Went there on the way from Lubbock back home to Dallas. Everyone was super super sweet. I had my blizzard in no time. (choco dipped strawberry. Delicious). A mega Karen swooped in and was super nasty to a cashier, but he handled it great. Nobody deserves to be talked to like that, but super proud of him.
When it comes to reviews, I am very partial to rating the entire experience. As such, let me begin by saying this was very close to being a 3 star because of the extremely long wait we had to endure. 10 mind in line to just place the order, then 25 mins to get our food. However, the servers behind the counter were amazingly chipper even though they knew they were deep in the weeds. Even their little monster showed that they were over 30 mins on a few orders. This was obviously due to being short staffed. They only had 2 workers behind the counter and 1 in the kitchen ud83dude35. At the end of the day, service with a smile keeps this a 4 star rating. Keep up the good work, but remember to staff a little heavier on Sundays during that peak time.
Slow service. Food wasn't fresh for the amount of money you spend on it. Wasn't impressed. But the two girls working were nice. They need more help.
The drive thru needs a new speaker can't hardly understand anything that is being said. Other than that great customer service
