Jamie (in the pharmacy) was excellent! She was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me with my prescriptions. Outstanding customer service! Thank you!

The pharmacists are completely rude and unprofessional. I had a phone call from them to pick up prescription and when I answer I got a rude “In a minute”, rest of the time she talked she was just highly rude.

They cut a deal with some insurance companies so your business is guaranteed.

The staff here are really helpful and friendly. You can tell they are understaffed and overworked. From what I’ve read online, CVS has cut hours severely-and you tell by the looks on the staff’s faces that they are burned out. Sad. I was also told the pharmacists work 13 hour shifts and get no breaks. That’s disgusting, dangerous, and illegal. I will definitely be Contacting corporate to complain about how they treat their employees, because that trickles down into customer wait times and service! Disgraceful CVS!nnFrom my experience though at this location, they are great people who will really try to help you out! They even know me by name, and great me every time like we are friends!nBe patient. Be kind. Be understanding.

Edit: 10/18/20 Not sure what has happened in a year but can't get anyone to pick up the phone. I can hear them continue to put me on hold over and over again. If I could update my insurance online I would be happy to do that but I couldn't find where..... on hold today now for 20+ minutes and have yet to hear someone at least pick up and say something. Instead I just sit here. They really need to work on that. I know they are busy but still...geesh!!!nnI don't know why this location gets a bad rap. I have used them for 10+ years and have always had a good experience. Belinda is always so helpful and the pharmacist has been great too. I wish I could get all of our prescriptions filled here but sometimes due to price we have to go elsewhere which isn't their fault!
