Amazing to work with. Stand behind what he sells, very honest and trusting. As long as your honest with him, he does what he can to help. We baught a truck in late March and he has been very helpful even almost 3 months later. Definitely refer sales to him, even repairs!
I dont have a lot of experience with dealers but I think that he came off as honest. Test drove a truck and told him we had two other stops. First one he shot down and rattled off a bunch of issues with it and I assumed that it was just him trying to sell, but then the second he told us was one of the best reliability wise you could find. Truck was super clean. As someone else said a couple of the fluids had to be topped off, tires were low but he said it had sat through the temp dropping. Like someone else said just go over it like a used car (cause it is!). Had the truck only a few days and all good.nnGave a good deal and was honest about his process (at least it made sense!) Easy and flexible to work with. I enjoyed the laid back experience and being allowed to just look over stuff myself rather than having someone hoovering and pressing.
Very impressed with Chris. He took time on his Saturday for us to come look at trucks. He gave us a great deal, and best of all, HE WAS HONEST. Most of the time we always feel like used car dealers are lying or hiding things. He was upfront about everything, believable, and trustworthy. We bought a truck without even driving it! And the entire interior was being redone so we didn't even know what it would look like until the day we picked it up! Highly recommend him and his dealership. It's worth the drive!
