I love to shop there a lot . I really appreciate Philip he is the one that keep me shopping there again and again He is very outstanding customer services. He is very patient and helpful. Thank you so very much again that you ever never said no when I ask for help . I really highly recommended to everyone shop there .
my 35 week pregnant wife had a pickup for a click list from 5 to 6...she got there around 5:50...she sat there for an hour..finally getting her groceries at 6:50pm...absolutely unacceptable!!! but if you call and ask for a manager no one is going to give you someone who is actually going to make a change...there was only one guy handling the click list and I feel bad for him...this is a common case of bad management....I will not be using this kroger anymore..I will go to Arlington if I really need something. there is no guarantee on anything with these people. it's mediocre at best. don't know who us running this place but they should really take a good look at what is actually transpires at their store. disgraceful
I won’t be coming back to this location because grocery pick up is slow and very unorganized at this location. They need more than one person to bring groceries to cars just like Walmart Grocery pickup. Today I waited over 30 minutes to get my order because some how after I called in to give them my name and parking space number they didn’t even put in the system that I was there ready to pick up my groceries. After seeing two other people who came after me getting their groceries before me I called to let them know I had been waiting for over 30 minutes. I live in Arlington but normally come to this location because they seem to have a lot more items in stock compared to Arlington. I may have to try another location to see if I can get faster and better service.
Stock is always low. At least 50% of the time they don't have the few items I came in for so I end up driving to the Kirby Whitten store.
I tried to purchase gift cards today. I was told they wouldn’t sell them to me and that I needed to leave . Made 0 sense.
