Both Jackie and Fred were efficient, kind, and helpful - so pleasant to communicate with. The office was clean and organized. The air conditioned units appeared clean and easy to access. I’m looking forward to beginning to store my belongings there, so I cannot yet speak to the quality of the storage long term.

I was an interesting renter for Storage Sense Memphis. I became a renter when COVID-19 first hit in March with a larger group of individuals but now I have my own unit. I had some friends move my stuff into a smaller unit for me because I have been out of town for all of lockdown. Basically, my whole experience with Storage Sense Memphis and Fred has been remote. Fred has been such a great help. I have called a few times to ask questions about rent and other such things and Fred has always answered the phone prepared and willing to answer any question I may throw at him. Storage Sense Memphis now sits at the top of my list on places to rent units from and that is solely for the reason of Fred being on the other line of the phone. I look forward to moving my things out of the unit in the coming days and hopefully putting a name to a face. Thank you Storage Sense Memphis and Fred for being such a constant in our current ever changing world.

I had the most wonderful experience finding the absolute perfect space to fit my needs. Jacqui McKay who assisted me from the beginning greeted me with a friendly smile, a professional and positive attitude who made my experience enjoyable and made me feel confident in knowing I had chosen the very best storage facility around town. I am extremely happy to have found the space that I was looking for! I will enjoy having my storage kept here as it’s also easy accessible which will make a huge difference for me when working out of it. Cannot give Jacqui enough credit and kudos for her friendliness, optimism and professionalism! Thank you again for making my experience so wonderful!
