My experience with extra space storage was a breeze! I called to talk about prices and they made a reservation for the unit before I got there. After making sure the space would be big enough we went ahead and filled out the paperwork and I was on my way. All in all it took less than an hour from start to finish, and Brian at the front desk was so kind and helpful! Definitely 10/10 recommend extra space.

Audra Elliott was an amazing sales lady and help me every bit of the way!!! My first time renting and I receive great customer service from her!!!!nnUPDATE ON THIS REVIEW! I was coming down on hard times so it was hard for me to pay the storage. Mother just passed away and the moving situation was just horrible. They still auction off all my stuff! Even when my sister has the money on that day! Not sure if the same guy runs the place! But the young lady help me get all my important papers back! The man at the time that was running the place around 2017 didn’t care!

every interaction I have had over more than 2 years renting a storage space with them has been excellent. staff is always friendly and helpful. I will be going to them first if I should need storage space in the future

This storage unit is the TRUTH!! And There is much to be said about this storage facility!!! First off, the staff: Tory and Brian are phenomenal! They both have such a kind, get it done personality!nThey both help me find a storage unit just right for my things and even assisted me with moving to a larger unit when it was time!! And Tory recommended some moving materials to help me get moved in quicker and safer! The property is immaculately CLEAN AND SECURE!!! No worries at all when I had my things here! it was so clean and GATED! No strange activities or none of that going on on this property!! And if you’re looking for a nice, CLEAN, safe and secure unit then this is the place for you! I really enjoyed being a customer!! Thanks Tory and Brian!!!
